OVERVIEW
About the Project
This project established a Mediterranean Energy Policy Training Network extending over all Mediterranean Partners, providing specialized services in a decentralized yet coordinated manner. It enhanced the implementation of the Action Plan of the Euro-Mediterranean Energy Forum 1998–2002, disseminating European energy policy know-how to Mediterranean Partners and promoting adoption of common international practices in energy project financing.
