About the Project
A bilateral project between the European Commission and the Lebanese Government focused on energy policy dialogue. ALMEE was subcontracted by Hagler Bailly Consulting to conduct specific studies in support of the policy dialogue process.
Project Objectives
Facilitate energy policy dialogue between EU and Lebanese Government. Conduct analytical studies to support policy development. Strengthen Lebanon’s energy policy capacity.
